Delivered by people who still pick up the phone.
We can run the whole stack — the day-to-day managed services that keep an organization working, and the architecture, private artificial intelligence, custom software, and security work that let it do more than it could before. Or we partner with your internal resources to provide helpdesk escalations, coaching in best practices, and cutting-edge R&D.
All of it delivered by a local team you can reach.
Every ticket receives a human response in 15–30 minutes or less during business hours. After hours, we respond within about an hour. Not an automated acknowledgment — a person who takes ownership of the issue and stays with it until it is resolved.
This is the commitment most technology providers will not put in writing. We put it first, because everything else we offer depends on being reachable when something is wrong.
Some providers move upmarket into advisory work and quietly stop doing the operational work well. We did the opposite. The managed services practice is the operating layer that makes everything above it reliable, and it is held to the same standard of stewardship as the architecture and the software.
If the operating layer is not dependable, nothing built on top of it is either.
You can start at any layer. You cannot skip the one beneath it and expect the result to hold.
Virtualization built on Proxmox as a practical, cost-predictable alternative to VMware, whose pricing changes have caught many organizations off guard, and to Windows Hyper-V, with its forced reboot cycles and a support posture we find harder to defend. Cloud and on-premises environments designed for organizations of 1 to 500 people — stability and control at a cost you can forecast.
Your documents and institutional knowledge remain local or inside your own hybrid environment. No public model is trained on your data. These are systems built for real internal use — answering questions from your own contracts, procedures, and history — and we have them running in production today, not as demonstrations.
Artificial intelligence accelerates design, code generation, iteration, and testing, which puts fit-for-purpose internal tools within reach of mid-sized organizations for the first time. What it does not supply is the engineering discipline. We bring requirements, architecture, testing, security, documentation, and accountable deployment, so what you receive is reliable software rather than code that happens to work.
We help identify the workflows where automation earns its cost, implement it with governance in place, and improve day-to-day operations without introducing new risk. That includes addressing the tools your people have already adopted on their own, which is usually where the real exposure sits.
A strong protective suite matters, and so does having been in the room during an actual incident. We treat cybersecurity as a business continuity and financial risk question rather than a purely technical one, because that is how it presents itself to an owner or a chief financial officer. We have performed hands-on remediation, and it informs how we build.
Some decisions carry enough weight that they deserve to be made with the risks, obligations, and alternatives fully visible before you act. We diagnose, we research, we warn plainly, and we demonstrate. Research and development means proof, not promises. Our obligation is not to make the decision for you, but to ensure it is made with the best possible knowledge.
Serving organizations across the state, from metropolitan Atlanta to every region beyond it. Close enough to be on site when being on site is what the situation requires.
Our engineering presence extends into North Carolina, and we serve organizations throughout the Southeastern United States where the relationship warrants it.
We are not a private-equity-backed platform assembling providers across thirty states. The person who knows your environment is someone you can name, and reach.
Local accountability, modern capability, and human response times. Very few providers offer all three.
Monthly cost follows the number of people you have, so it can be forecast month to month and year to year.
What is included, what is not, and how anything outside it is handled — established in writing at the start, so there is no argument about it later.
Migrations, custom applications, and infrastructure builds are quoted as projects with defined outcomes, not absorbed invisibly into the monthly figure.
Documentation, credentials, and architecture belong to you. We measure success by the capability you retain, not by how difficult we would be to replace.
Your people are taught what we are doing and why. Expertise that cannot be handed over is not yet institutional capability.
If what you need is not what we do well, we will say so early. That is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in month four.
