Platform
- Proxmox-based virtualization and migration from VMware
- Hybrid design across on-premises and cloud
Stability and control at a cost you can forecast.
Virtualization built on Proxmox is a practical, cost-predictable alternative to VMware, whose pricing changes have caught many organizations off guard, and to Windows Hyper-V, with its forced reboot cycles and a support posture we find harder to defend.
We design cloud and on-premises environments for organizations of 1 to 500 people: stability and control at a cost you can forecast.
When VMware's economics changed, we did not reflexively replace it with the next familiar logo. We invested roughly 280 hours investigating the practical alternatives and ultimately selected Proxmox for the use cases we were solving.
We periodically re-evaluate major platforms and suppliers, typically on a multi-year cycle, sooner when technology or vendor economics move faster than that. Sometimes that research confirms the incumbent. Sometimes it tells us to move. The important part is that the answer is evidence-driven.
We standardize aggressively, but only after the standard has earned our confidence.
Something working once is not the same thing as something we are prepared to depend upon. Before we ask a client to rely on a platform, we ask:
None of this stands alone. Every Verity environment sits on the same managed services foundation of monitoring, help desk, patching, backup, and identity, held to the same standard of stewardship as the work above it.
