Managed IT Services

Managed services are not the part we outgrew.

The operating layer that makes everything above it reliable, held to the same standard of stewardship as the architecture and the software.

The Foundation

Complete managed IT that actually works day to day.

Some providers move upmarket into advisory work and quietly stop doing the operational work well. We did the opposite. The managed services practice is the operating layer that makes everything above it reliable, and it is held to the same standard of stewardship as the architecture and the software.

Day-to-day operations

  • Monitoring and proactive maintenance
  • Help desk with named ownership
  • Patch management across servers and endpoints
  • Backup, replication, and tested recovery
  • Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration

Control and improvement

  • Identity, access, and lifecycle management
  • Endpoint protection and response
  • Asset, license, and renewal tracking
  • Documentation kept current, not written once
  • Ongoing optimization rather than annual review

If the operating layer is not dependable, nothing built on top of it is either.

Our Support Promise

We pick up the phone.

Every ticket receives a human response in 15–30 minutes or less during business hours. After hours, we respond within about an hour. A person who takes ownership of the issue and stays with it until it is resolved.

A Quiet Month

What the monthly service buys when nothing is broken.

The quiet month is not the month in which nothing happened. It is often the month in which patches applied, backups were checked, test restores succeeded, security controls were reviewed, Microsoft changed something and we adjusted for it, agents stayed healthy, licenses and domains remained current, and no one had to interrupt your business to think about any of it.

Behind the scenes

  • Microsoft 365 and identity-security review
  • Endpoint, security-agent, and monitoring health
  • Patching and routine maintenance
  • Backup review and restore testing
  • Domain and license oversight
  • Initial security-alert investigation
  • Documentation and environmental knowledge
  • Technology counsel when a decision appears

A backup you have never restored is still a hypothesis. So we restore them.

Engagement and Investment

Predictable cost. Written scope.

1

Scope agreed before work begins

What is included, what is not, and how anything outside it is handled — established in writing at the start, so there is no argument about it later.

2

Projects quoted separately and plainly

Migrations, custom applications, and infrastructure builds are quoted as projects with defined outcomes, not absorbed invisibly into the monthly figure.

3

Fair in both directions

We would rather learn how your organization actually uses support than sell unlimited help from day one. Fixed price absorbs normal operating variation inside a defined boundary. It does not erase the boundary.

4

No dependency by design

Documentation, credentials, and architecture belong to you. We measure success by the capability you retain, not by how difficult we would be to replace.

5

Knowledge transferred as we go

Your people are taught what we are doing and why. Expertise that cannot be handed over is not yet institutional capability.

6

An honest answer about fit

If what you need is not what we do well, we will say so early. That is cheaper for both of us than discovering it in month four.

Next Step

Tell us what you are dealing with.

We will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit. If we are, you will know what it costs, who is accountable, and how quickly we answer before you sign anything.
